Return & Cancellation Policy

Canticle & Co. is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and provides a transparent return and cancellation policy to address any concerns.


Return Policy

Canticle & Co. offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Size-Related Returns

We do not offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size. However, we’re happy to offer a replacement unit, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at contact@canticleco.com. If your request is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to return the package.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and guide you through the resolution process.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or marked down items
  • Gift cards

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria mentioned above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@canticleco.com.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please note:

  • Cancellations are not accepted for perishable goods unless there is a quality issue.
  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
